All you have to do is tell me what you want to do, I'll code it within 1-4 weeks depending upon my schedule of projects and send the code to you. You will have to pay for the domain name.
I am pretty new to code but have made websites before and have a professional (my Dad) to help when I'm stuck. I am also still in school so that will probably make it take longer but I can still do it in the time that I said! I also have experience writing in a small newspaper.
